Health and safety
The health and safety of our employees and third parties is one of our priorities. For this reason, we firmly believe in the importance of a preventive culture in all our activities and we have an occupational health and safety management system certified in accordance with ISO 45001.
Currently, 100% of COS employees are covered by our health and safety management system and our own prevention service.
Preventive culture
Our preventive culture is based on the following pillars:
- Leadership. Senior Management shows its commitment to prevention through the definition of the Health and Safety Policy and objectives and action plans and strategies aimed at the continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety management system.
- Management of occupational health and safety hazards and risks. Our own prevention service periodically evaluates the health and safety risks associated with our activities and develops preventive planning in pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Training and awareness. We periodically train and raise awareness among our professionals through our own prevention service on the risks derived from their job and the preventive actions necessary for their elimination or minimization.
- Coverage and support for our professionals. Our own prevention service provides coverage to all employees throughout the country when they need it.
COS's health and safety policy reflects this commitment and establishes a reference framework for the establishment of objectives and the continuous improvement of our management system.
