Safety and health
The safety and health of our employees, as well as third parties, is one of our top priorities. Therefore, we firmly believe in the importance of a preventative culture in all our activities and have an occupational health and safety management system certified according to ISO 45001.
Currently, 100% of COS employees are covered by our health and safety management system and our in-house prevention service.
Preventive Culture
Our preventative culture is built on the following pillars:
• Leadership. Senior Management demonstrates its commitment to prevention by defining the Health and Safety Policy and objectives, as well as action plans and strategies aimed at the continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety management system.
• Management of hazards and risks to occupational health and safety. Our in-house prevention service regularly assesses the health and safety risks associated with our activities and develops preventative planning, always striving for continuous improvement.
• Training and awareness. We regularly train and raise awareness among our professionals through our in-house occupational health and safety service regarding the risks associated with their jobs and the necessary preventative measures for their elimination or minimization.
• Coverage and support for our professionals. Our in-house occupational health and safety service provides coverage to all employees across the country whenever they need it.
